Meghashree Maddihally Nagoji is an experienced software engineer and a current MS MIS graduate student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. With a demonstrated history of 4 years in the information technology industry, Meghashree is skilled in database design, ETL development, and SQL server administration. She is a flexible team player, quick learner, and technical problem solver inclined towards achieving career goals and enterprise objectives. Currently, Meghashree is working as a Program Manager at Illinois Ventures where she is leading the 'Greater Than Pilot' program. This program examines the resources available to academic researchers in the Chicago-area biomedical innovation ecosystem, assesses how well positioned those entities are to advance individuals currently under-represented in translational research initiatives, and identifies the hurdles that may impede their full participation. Meghashree is responsible for collecting both qualitative and quantitative information and developing insights to collaborate to build a stronger, better integrated, and more inclusive Chicago biomedical innovation ecosystem. In the past, Meghashree has worked as a Project Intern at UI Health, where she analyzed the role of information technology in the digital transformation journey at UI Health and interviewed key stakeholders. She also worked as a Software Engineer at Betsol, where she deployed 284 web applications, 192 CRM solutions, 60 SSRS reports, 96 XMLA scripted Azure analysis service cubes, and 350 SQL database objects to Stage and Production environments. Meghashree is experienced in SQL server DBA, automated deployments via PowerShell, SQL diagnostic manager, and troubleshooting connectivity failures between azure and on-premises servers. Meghashree holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has also completed her Pre-University from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and her Tenth grade ICSE from The Presidency Public School.
